Service

By creating an account, subscribing to any plan or using VoidLag, you declare that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.

VoidLag reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or via the control panel. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• Personal use

  Licensed exclusively for individual and non-commercial use. The license may not be used for the benefit of third parties or as part of any service provision.

• No redistribution

  Your license is non-transferable. Reselling, sharing or sublicensing access to third parties is strictly prohibited.

• No modifications

  Decompiling, disassembling or extracting the source code of the software, whether partially or in full, is strictly prohibited.

• Legitimate use only

  The software may not be used to circumvent anti-cheat systems, violate game terms, or any other illegal activity.

• One device at a time

  Each license authorizes simultaneous use on only one device. Changing the linked device can be done through the control panel. For simultaneous use on multiple devices, purchase additional licenses.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access credentials. All activity performed with your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was performed by you or third parties.

In the event of unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately. VoidLag is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

For security and billing dispute support purposes, we log session data including IP address and device information at the time of access.

VoidLag offers two forms of access to the service: recurring subscription and one-off license key. Prices are available on the plans page and may be updated with 30 days prior notice.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each contracted period. Available plans are: monthly (1 month), quarterly (3 months) and annual (12 months). The period of each cycle is calculated in calendar months from the payment date, and may vary between 28 and 31 days for the monthly plan and proportionally for others. Access remains active until the end of the current period even after cancellation; we do not issue proportional refunds for early cancellation, except in cases required by law.

License Keys

License keys are one-off purchases with no recurrence. After purchase, you receive a unique code to redeem in the control panel — the license takes effect at the time of redemption and expires at the end of the contracted period. Keys have a 30-day activation window from the date of purchase, as indicated in the confirmation email. Keys not redeemed within this period expire automatically, with no refund.

Affiliate Program

VoidLag offers a voluntary affiliate program through which users can refer new customers in exchange for commissions on generated sales. Commissions are calculated on the net value of each confirmed subscription and credited to the affiliate's account upon payment. Commissions are not owed in the event of cancellation, refund or chargeback of the originating sale. VoidLag may terminate or modify the affiliate program at any time, with 30 days prior notice to active affiliates.

Payments

Payments in Brazilian reals (BRL) are processed by the Asaas platform, which accepts PIX and credit card. Payments in US dollars (USD) are processed by Stripe, which accepts international credit cards. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment policies of the respective processor in force at the time of the transaction. The IP address used at the time of purchase is recorded for transaction authorship verification purposes.

By subscribing to VoidLag, you agree that in the event of a dispute or charge dispute with your card issuer or bank, VoidLag may present as evidence the data collected during use of the service, including records of terms acceptance, session history and purchase IP.

Unwarranted chargebacks may result in permanent account blocking and prevention of future contracts.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the control panel. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

VoidLag reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without refund, in the following cases: fraud, license sharing, service misuse or abusive behavior.

VoidLag is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will achieve specific latency reduction results, as these depend on variables outside our control, such as ISP infrastructure and game servers.

In no event shall VoidLag be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 (three) months.

VoidLag is not responsible for service interruptions or degradation caused by events outside our reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failures, ISP connectivity issues, game server unavailability, government acts, natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances. In such cases, we make reasonable efforts to restore the service as soon as possible.

VoidLag requires an internet connection to function. Service quality may vary depending on the game server, geographic location, connection type and network configuration. We are not responsible for incompatibilities with corporate networks, third-party VPNs or specific router configurations.

VoidLag is a globally available service with operations based in Brazil. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil as base law, without prejudice to the legal protections applicable in each jurisdiction.

Users located in Brazil are entitled to the protections of the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990). Disputes involving Brazilian users will be submitted to the court of the consumer's domicile.

International users may have additional rights guaranteed by consumer protection legislation in their country of residence. In such cases, local legal protections will prevail to the extent required by applicable law.
