• Registration data

  Access to VoidLag is exclusively via Google OAuth. Upon login, we collect name, email address and profile picture linked to your Google account. For payment processing and tax document issuance, we also collect a tax identification document (CPF/CNPJ for users in Brazil or Tax ID for international users) and billing address.

• Usage and access data

  We automatically collect technical data generated by use of the service: IP address, browser and operating system information (User-Agent), device identifier, date and time of access, and pages visited in the panel. These data are used to operate, maintain and improve the service.

• Payment data

  Credit card data and sensitive financial information are not stored on our servers. Processing is performed by Asaas (BRL payments) and Stripe (USD payments), PCI-DSS certified platforms. We only store transaction metadata: ID, amount, payment method and status.

We use the collected data for various legitimate purposes:

• Service provision

  Create and manage your account, license and subscription.

• Communication

  Send payment confirmations, expiry notices, important updates and support responses.

• Security

  Detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access and misuse of the service.

• Product improvement

  Analyze usage patterns to improve functionality, performance and user experience.

• Legal compliance

  Meet regulatory, tax obligations or orders from competent authorities.

• Exercise of rights

  Production of evidence and defense in administrative, judicial or extrajudicial proceedings.

VoidLag does not sell personal data. We may share information with third parties only in the following situations:

• Service providers

  Such as Asaas and Stripe (payments) and other infrastructure and communication providers, limited to necessity.

• Google

  For OAuth authentication, in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

• Competent authorities

  When required by law, regulation, court order or official investigation.

• Exercise of rights

  When necessary for defense in litigation or disputes related to the service.

We adopt HTTPS/TLS communication, server-side session management without token storage in the browser, and restricted database access control. In the event of a relevant incident, we will notify affected users within the timeframes provided by law.

We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, respecting legal retention periods. To request deletion of your account, go to Settings → Account in the user panel.

Regardless of where you are, you have the right to confirm the existence of processing of your data, access it, correct incomplete information, request deletion of unnecessary data, obtain portability and revoke consent at any time.

Users in different jurisdictions may have additional rights guaranteed by local legislation — such as those provided by LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (European Union) or CCPA (California). VoidLag commits to respecting these rights as applicable.

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking, advertising or third-party behavioral analysis cookies.
